Purchase a gift certificate

  • Gift Certificate credits are valid for one year from date of purchase.

  • Performance coaching, Teach Yourself Piano, and single lesson options can specify amount of credits at checkout

  • Lesson packages are for four lessons and are discounted 10%

  • Recipient name and email required for administrative purposes, but they won't be notified unless you request it.

  • Recipient must register an account to activate credits.

  • Credits will be activated within 2 business days from when the recipient account is created.

Gift one or more lessons:

  • 60 minutes $100

  • 45 minutes $80

Gift a lesson 4-pack at a 10% discount

  • 60 minute lesson four pack - $360

  • 45 minute lesson four pack - $280

redeem a gift certificate

For gift certificate recipients and school auction winners

  • Click "Create My Account" 

    • You'll be prompted to create a Keylab account

    • Credits are added on the admin side within 2 business days of account creation​

  • In the notes area of the registration form, include:

    • the name and email address of the person who purchased the gift certificate for you, or the school auction you have won

    • the type of gift certificate (30, 45, or 60 minutes, how many lessons, or what type of class)

    • If you are redeeming a school auction package, tell us the school as well

    • and anything else you want to tell us about your experience and goals

  • We'll follow up within two business days to confirm when your credits have been activated.

  • ADULT RECIPIENTS

    • Once your credits are active, you can click “use” on a credit to book.

    • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice

      • Appointments can only be rescheduled once​.

      • After the first reschedule, further rescheduling is not allowed, and no credit will be offered.

    • Your credits are good for one year from date of purchase

  • SCHOOL AUCTION WINNERS​

    • We'll review your availability and send you options for scheduling your first four lessons​

    • Lessons are scheduled weekly at the same day and time for four consecutive weeks and this time slot will be held for the school year as a potential enrollment

    • If you want to enroll in regular weekly lessons right away, we'll apply the value of the school auction to your school year enrollment

    • If you're not sure if you want to enroll after the first four weeks there is no obligation to continue
