Who It's For

The Producer's Lab is a budget-friendly weekly audio forum for like-minded musicians and audio artists who want to learn more advanced audio production skills, and to share and learn from other producers. The class is designed to keep you inspired and motivated to produce finish projects that you can be proud of, and hopefully make some new friends along the way!

Getting feedback and learning new skills from an experienced guide in a community of aspiring music producers and audio artists is an invaluable part of developing confidence and becoming the producer you've always wanted to be. If you want to level up your audio production skills in a supportive group setting, the Producer's Lab is for you.

How It Works

  • Each class explores audio production skills, like synthesis, sampling, mixing, effects, etc., and then moves into solo work at individual audio stations.

  • The instructor circulates for one-on-one check-in’s to help you solve problems, show you techniques, and give you feedback on your tracks.

  • Classes close with a group listening and discussion session, where you can optionally play your work and get feedback.

Booking Your Classes

  • Book single classes or purchase a discounted credit package

  • Book into any open Producer’s Lab class for up to one year from the date of purchase.

  • After purchasing your credit pack, click “use” on the credit to book into any open classes that work for your schedule.

WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE AN ADULT MUSIC PRODUCTION COURSE?

You don't have to be talented or brilliant to produce music. You just have to want to make music.

Most adults have at least a reason or two why they feel like they can't sign up for a new music production class. Do any of these sound like you?

"I want to write my own music, but I don't think I'm talented and it might be really hard."

"I don't want to feel like a little kid and make bad music that isn't as good as professional level songwriters and producers"

"I'm just too busy and I won't have time to work on my music production projects"

"I can't make every class in the course session, so why should I pay for the course?"

We get it!
